Microgreens are simply young vegetable plants packed with flavor and nutrition. And watching them grow from seed to sprout is and art form in itself; like watching a dance play out or sculpture take form. During this class, participants will learn to grow several varieties of microgreens as they create their own garden in a beautiful silver or glass vintage container. When fully grown, this arrangement will also make a lovely centerpiece for any dinner or coffee table. We'lll also talk about harvesting the greens and send home delicious ideas about how they can be enjoyed.
Cost: $35 per person. All supplies for taking home a lovely vintage microgreen container garden will be supplied. Additionally, participants will enjoy and take home recipies for complimentary green smoothies (a delicious treat) and light refreshments made with microgreens

Location: 20 East Bridge Street, Spring City, PA 19475 (right next to theTurkey Hill gas station).
Participants may park in the lot between the Spring City Mill Studio and the Turkey Hill. Jolie will meet class participants at the studio 100 front door located directly on Bridge Street at Spring City Mill Studios.
What to Bring: Participants should come ready for adventure and art with clothes that can get "painty" or otherwise messy.
